We are unfortunately unable to issue refunds on your registration fees. Please keep this in mind as you register for the conference.

If you are no longer able to attend after registering for the conference and would like to send someone else in your stead, please email program@aatm.org no later than April 1st, 2027. 

Any attendee substitution requests after this date may not be accommodated.
